4. **No Parties or Events:** Our property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Please consult with us in advance if you plan to host a small gathering or celebration.

5. **Pets:** We do not allow pets on the property unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.

6. **Visitors:** For security reasons, please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors during your stay. Visitors are not allowed in the property after 10:00 PM.

7. **Security and Safety:** The property is equipped with 24/7 security features. Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the premises. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.

8. **Cleanliness:** Please help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash in provided bins and keeping the property tidy. Housekeeping services are available during your stay.
